Once again had a fab time at Manor House Park. Sharon & Jeremy made our stay a pleasure. I did not think they can improve the site any more than my last stay, but they have done with beautiful gardens, immaculate facilities, and a great location. This is one of the best sites I have ever stayed on, Looking forward to our next visit. Keep up the good work guys.

Dog Policy

Well behaved quiet dogs with responsible owners are very welcome.
The dog policy is to ensure you, other guests and all our four legged friends have a peaceful, safe and happy stay.

Number of dogs permitted: At the sole discretion of the parks owners, a maximum of two well behaved quiet dogs may be permitted. (we do not accept dangerous dog breeds)

How to book your dog in: Guests wishing to bring their dog must confirm they have read and agree to all aspects of this dog policy before a booking can be accepted.

Charges: We do not charge a fee to bring your dog.

Walking and toileting your dog: We do not have a designated dog walk area on site. Dogs can be walked out on Kitty lane which is very quiet and has very little traffic. There is an exercise field within a 10 minute walk from the park where dogs can be exercised off the lead. Dogs must be walked off site for all toileting needs.

What to do if your dog has a toileting accident on the park: We understand that your dog may have a toileting accident on the park, don’t worry, all we ask is that you clean up after them and if they wee on the lawn dilute the area with COLD water to prevent damage to the lawns. We can provide ‘poop’ bags free of charge.
The Blatant toileting of dogs (including urination) is not allowed anywhere on the park.

Dog leads: All dogs regardless of their temperament must be kept on a short lead within your own pitch area. Maximum lead  length 6 feet.

Barking / yapping: In the interest of other guests, annoying or persistent barking / yapping dogs will not be accepted or tolerated.

Nuisance: Dogs must not cause nuisance in any way to either persons or other dogs on the park.

Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.

Dogs are not allowed in the shower room or toilet.

Manor House Park reserves the right to assess a dog or dog owners behaviour, if it  finds that the behaviour is of concern, risk or disturbance to either other guests or the Park you will be asked to leave and without any reimbursement of fees paid.

On making a booking you agree to the above terms and conditions

The success of the park is largely due to the tranquil atmosphere and beauty of the lawns and landscaping. We as park owners have a duty to maintain this standard for all our guests to enjoy. We wish to continue accepting dogs on the park so please help us by adhering to the policies.
